I think that in today’s business world it is very important for the schools to take a holistic approach to making their schools more appealing and the quality of the students better. In my school that I would develop a curriculum that incorporates more practical qualitative approach to learning. This can come in the form of having intern programs at companies so that the students can see how the company is operating and come up with ideas on how to improve the company.
Operate the school from the mindset of an organizational change or development from the current concept that they may be teaching or heading in the direction of. In the modern businesses that fact remains that change is a constant evolving process in just about every company in the United States and the World market. The method of the qualitative teaching and instruction should be a very important aspect of the program since the companies of today at least in the western markets are about rapid change.  The rapid change of many companies in the world today operates on the principles of the supply and demand of the consumer. The consumer dictates what direction the company will head in and the needs of the consumer will be met by these companies. This causes rapid changes and the business schools need to understand this rapid growth and development. The practical peer review of the professors of the institution is a huge benefit for any school for an instructor to understand today’s business practices and be able to teach these practices to the student’s.
